Inner Beast

This July, come and see "Inner Beast", a group exhibition at Mosquito Hawk Gallery on Shelter Island. This group show explores the realm just beneath consciousness, those dark, anarchic forces that we work so hard to keep from view. The opening soiree begins July 11th from 5pm -8pm and the exhibition continues through August 6th.

Carly Haffner, Charles Ly, Molly M. Weiss (all members of East Hampton’s Bonac Tonic Art Collective) as well as Brooklyn-based Reyna Hofmann, and Shelter Islander Mary Larson will present a broad range of work—from printmaking to large sculpture—that, in turn, releases, tames, scrutinizes, and fetters the beast within. Come for thrills, come for chills, but mainly just come to see America’s next generation of artists dealing with the world around them today.

Live music and performances will take everyone on a “beastly” adventure while food and drinks are served. This pioneering exhibition is not to be missed!
